The Product
Fogia is an award-winning Swedish design company and furniture producer, collaborating with some of the most progressive contemporary designers working today. With roots in the Scandinavian design aesthetic, Fogia’s products are handmade in its own factory to stringent standards of quality and construction, using high-end materials and craftsmanship.
The Project
The project was about an internal purchase order system, where the employees of Fogia can easily configure products and send out quickly the orders to their numerous clients.
The internal system was developed mainly for desktop users, but a mobile version is planned for the near future.
Insights & Problems
No centralised system
The client did not have a centralised system where to track and configure all customer's quotations and orders.
Enormous database
We needed to simplify the configuration of a product for the staff as they have an enormous database of products, fabrics and materials from which they can choose.

Solution
Modern centralised platform
We delivered a centralised cloud system for them and they can easily track every configured product, quotation or order.
Simplified search
With a couple of steps the employees of Fogia can configure a product for their clients. Easy search and navigate through all of their products, colors and materials.
